Terms of service
The rules for using TMP.
These terms govern use of the TMP website, account panel, iOS app, desktop controller, and device-management service.

The service
TMP helps you configure and enforce focus restrictions on a compatible iPhone. Device supervision and enrollment can erase or restore a device, change management settings, and temporarily make selected apps unavailable. Read every setup warning and keep a current backup before enrollment.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods and recovery access, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and paired controllers unless applicable law says otherwise.
Commitments and recovery
A core feature of TMP is deliberate friction. Timed commitments may be designed so they cannot be ended early through the app or web panel. Manual commitments may require a paired desktop controller. Emergency calling and safety functions remain governed by iOS, but you should confirm that every app you may need is allowed before starting.
Subscriptions
Paid features, prices, trial terms, renewal dates, and cancellation controls are shown before purchase. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Available payment methods and applicable refund terms are presented during checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally end access already paid for.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse TMP to manage a device you do not own or have authority to administer, bypass security, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or use the service to harm another person.
Availability
Mobile operating systems, Apple services, network access, and third-party providers can affect enforcement and availability. TMP reports device acknowledgements where possible, but no software service can promise uninterrupted operation. Keep independent access to emergency and recovery resources.
Ending service
You may stop using TMP and request account deletion. We may suspend access needed to protect users, devices, or the service, or for a serious breach of these terms. Device unenrollment and local profile removal may require the paired controller or Apple recovery procedures.
Liability and local rights
To the extent permitted by law, TMP is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. The governing law and dispute forum will be the law and courts identified by the TMP operating entity at commercial launch, subject to mandatory rights in your home jurisdiction.
